Hi Hernan! I don’t attend any good and practical course regarding iOS. However, my friend really enjoyed a course from https://www.coseinc.com/. The level was really high and instructor was from Pangu Team, but it isn’t online (the training was in Singapore). Nothing else can recommend you :/
